Aim of the Program: The aim of the program is to help students gain knowledge, skills and attitudes related to primary school teaching at graduate level, gain a universal perspective through theoretical and applied research, and contribute to the scientific basis of the field.

The Vision of the Program: The vision of the program is to enable students to specialize in primary school teaching in accordance with the vision of the educational sciences institute, which is proud to be a member of the national and international platform, which carries national development to the top in the fields of education, science, culture and arts.

Mission of the Program: In line with the vision of the program, the mission is to educate professionals who can use the field knowledge effectively, conduct qualified research in the field of primary school teaching and are willing to learn lifelong.

Graduation Conditions: Graduation requirements of the program students consist of minimum 8 compulsory or elective lessons with a minimum of 120 ECTS credits, and a seminar lesson, a specialization lesson to be taken each semester and a thesis study. In order for the student to pass the thesis stage, the general point avarage must be at least 2.50 out of 4.00.

 

Qualification Awarded and Employment Opportunities: Graduates who successfully complete the program receive a “Primary School Teacher Science Specialization” degree. Graduates can work as experts in education and academic fields.
